Hurley, Wisconsin. From Iron and Ice.
I can always vividly remember Hurley in the wintertime. The pine bows bend underneath heavy, lake-effect snow and rumbling snowmobiles are making their way into town from the trails. (Usually for a stop along Silver Street.) You could always count on there being lots, and lots of snow blanketing the iron-rich hills surrounding Hurley. If you ever get the chance to visit in wintertime, do it. It is fantastic.
